We visited many and Big Named Dealers pushed and tried to force you into buying something then and there. We were frustrated and tired of the phonecalls and emails multiple times daily. I decided to start looking at Smaller Local RV dealers and see if it was any better since we were not even sure what manufacturer or model we were going to decide on.. i went to a few amd the details were not talrn care of, then i went to RV Sales Of Orlando, in Longwood and my search was over. From the moment I first went there, i was treated with respect and kindness. This was so important to us, as we had no idea anything about RV's. They were informative detailed, understanding and not pushy at all. I advised i was just trying to find what we want and will be looking until we know. It could be months or years before we make up our minds. They were okay with that and it was then, that we decided we wpuld be buying our RV From them. Well long story shortened a bit, 3 years later after about 15 or so vusits and over 50 or more different model years/models, we found what we wanted. Thry were still getting it updated and cheking everything out. We purchased the 2023 Forest River Prowler with dbl bunks, rear master and a tub shower with the skylight (so my 6 ft 5 son can use it as well), the Rv is BEAUTIFUL, MORE THSN WE EXPECTED FROM THE LOCAL DEALER, AND TRULY A BLESSING. We did have A FEW LITTLE ISSUES - THIS is WHERE the FAMILY OWNED - RV SALES OF ORLANDO - REALLY showed us Who they truly are. Working with Brigette, and the RV repair tech, we were able to get everything taken care of with minimal time spent explaining, getting help and doing corrections. They were helpful and responsive and still are available when we have any questions. We are greatly blessed to find a small town, Family Owned Local business who truly understand what its like to be a customer and treats their customers with respect and helpfulness. I have referred many others to them and will continue to do so. I know that if we decide to upgrade, we will be purchasing from them again. I bought a Travel Trailer from RV Sales of Orlando. It was used. On our first trip we noticed that there was a problem towing. Turned out that a previous repair had failed and we had to limp it home. I took it to a trailer shop and they told me that it needed to be welded. Seems like this happens a lot with Travel Trailers. I called the dealer and told them about it and they told me to get a quote. They shared in the costs of repair, sent us gift cards and were very professional. So from my opinion they are honorable. Make sure you look over everything as used RV's are sold as is. Most dealers would have walked away.
